Your right of return is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received delivery, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. For more Frequently Asked Questions, click here to see our FAQ Page.

1. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have tested the product for at least 7 days. In addition, the merchandise must be:
      in saleable condition;
      returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the  
      merchandise (if      
      applicable);
      not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
      the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.

2. If you are not satisfied with our purchase, contact our customer service at support@myessy.com with the subject line "14 Day Money Back Guarantee." Please also include:
       Full Name
       Order Number
       Email Address
       Explanation of the defect
       High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are 
       not provided we will not be able to complete your request.

3. After the exchange or refund has been approved, return the product with the original packaging. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The address is available from our customer service team.

4. Incomplete or unidentifiable claims are invalid.

5. The reimbursement fees are borne by the customer

6. After the product has successfully been returned, you will receive the full amount of the purchase price refunded to the original method of payment minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
